PMO Global Awards
The PMO Global Awards are the largest and most prestigious global award for PMOs and PMO professionals. The Award program is administered by The PMO Global Alliance.
Categories
The Awards are broken down into the following categories:
THE PMO CATEGORY: Several countries from all continents are represented by just one PMO to be recognized as the best PMO in their Regions and in the World.
THE LEADERSHIP CATEGORY: Outstanding professionals representing their countries to be recognized as the best PMO Leader in their Region and in the World.
THE INDIVIDUAL CATEGORY: The most distinguished professionals worldwide are recognized for their valuable and relevant contributions to the global PMO community.
PMO
The PMO Category is the premier category of the PMO Global Awards that annually honors the best PMO from each of the four major regions of the world (Africa; Asia-Pacific; Europe; and The Americas) and, among them, select the best PMO in the world (World PMO of the Year).
Five awards are given in this category:
- World PMO of the Year Award
- Africa PMO of the Year Award
- Asia-Pacific PMO of the Year Award
- Europe PMO of the Year Award
- The Americas PMO of the Year Award
Leadership
The Leadership Category is the PMO Global Awards category that annually acknowledges PMO Leaders around the World for their outstanding performance.
Five Awards are given in this category:
The Nomination Package of the Leadership Category Awards consists of brief questions that must be answered by the nominee, providing the necessary information for the evaluation process.
- World PMO Leader of the Year Award
- Africa PMO Leader of the Year Award
- Asia-Pacific PMO Leader of the Year Award
- Europe PMO Leader of the Year Award
- The Americas PMO Leader of the Year Award
Individual
The Individual Category is the PMO Global Awards category that annually honors individuals around the World for their significant contributions to the PMO global community or the PMO Global Alliance.
Four Awards are given in this category:
- World PMO Influencer of the Year Award
- PMOGA Lifetime Contribution Award
- PMOGA Fellow Award
- PMOGA Volunteer of the Year Award
Stages
The process is administered in the following stages:
Application Stage: Feb 1st to April 30th
Choose the category and award that interest you or your organization, submit the application, and send the nomination package.
Evaluation Stage: Jun 1st to Sep 30th
In this stage, nominees will be evaluated by the Judging Committee, composed of 400+ members, representing 100+ countries.
Celebration Stage: Nov 7th to Nov 9th
The winners will be announced and honored at the Awards Ceremony in the PMO Global Awards Experience Online Conference.
